If the trace of works she has previously navigated occupy a singular place in her career, the dancer, choreographer and researcher Olga de Soto now confesses to a thrilling desire “to be in dance, in a dance of states, of momentums, […] where the bodies thrown into the action, space and time encounter a projection of the mind”. So a project literally: something being thrown ahead, towards the future, with at its source the image of the mirage and with a wish: “to survey sensorial paths in order to generate a momentum from the inside out and oscillate between the mirage and its interpretation. Thanks to movement and gesture, questioning the multiples that can resonate in the imagination”. Choosing incarnation, affirming it in movement and thought, is therefore about “occupying the body and investing it with multiple energies.” It is about daring “a dance of flesh before the world”.
