Let the body move !

The career of Maria Antunes, a performer in Marco da Silva Ferreira’s CARCASS, has included street dance and contemporary dance. In this workshop, the dancer suggests breaking down the barriers between these languages and getting the body moving using their techniques. Sequences from the show will be tackled as well as improvisation work. The important thing will be to connect with the music and allow the body to experience joy in movement.
