Présenté dans le cadre de TOUR DE DANCE – Réseau international de Diffusion en Danse contemporaine – avec le Théâtre de Liège, Concertgebouw Brugge, Les Théâtre de la Ville de Luxembourg en partenariat avec Cultuurcentrum Brugge et La Comète – Scène nationale Châlons-en-Champagne. Avec la participation du Vooruit Gent, STUK Leuven, Theater Freiburg et Mars – Mons arts de la scène qui accueillent également le spectacle.
Une tournée de 12 représentations dont l’organisation et la production déléguée sont assurées par Charleroi danse.

A leading light on the contemporary dance scene, since the early 2000s Bruno Beltrão has been developing an energetic and stylised choreographic language that attempts to deconstruct the codes of urban dances, particularly hip-hop. Inoah bears the name of the town near Rio de Janeiro where his company Grupo de Rua is based.
Starting with the damned figure today of the migrant, Bruno Beltrão creates a complex and contrasting choreographic composition of intense expressiveness. Ten male dancers appear on stage in a solo, duo or trio, each endlessly experiencing his relationship with the others ranging from an ephemeral sense of community to profound loneliness. Virtuoso performers, their movements reveal the strong flow of feelings that animate them. Sculpted by Renato Machado’s lighting and reinforced by Felipe Storino’s music, a group under extreme tension delivers an intense hour on stage with no downtime at all.
